To strengthen our impact, we actively cultivate partnerships with service providers and offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed training sessions for workplace or community groups.
Program Components
Enhancing Community Inclusivity
We work closely with organizations to cultivate a more inclusive and welcoming community. By offering tailored training sessions, we aim to enhance support for refugee and immigrant families while fostering systemic change. Our goal is to build a more inclusive and supportive community throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
Increasing Cultural Responsiveness
One of our key objectives is to increase culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices among service providers. We identify and support organizations in creating and implementing these practices, offering consultation, technical assistance, and professional development opportunities.
